What ages is Joyland designed for?

Joyland is designed for children ages 1–12. We have dedicated zones for toddlers (1–3) and older kids (4–12) to ensure age-appropriate play.

Do parents need to stay?

Yes, at least one parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the visit. We provide comfortable seating areas with free Wi-Fi.

Are there limits on how long we can stay and play?

No. Admission is unlimited.

Is the playground clean and safe?

Absolutely. We use professional-grade cleaning products and sanitize all play equipment multiple times daily. Our staff is trained in first aid and child safety.

Can I book a birthday party?

Yes! We offer three party packages — Basic, Deluxe, and Premium. All include a private party room, dedicated host, and playground access.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes, we offer special pricing for groups of 10 or more. Contact your local Joyland for group booking information.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable clothes and socks are recommended. Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk. No shoes are allowed in play areas. Socks are required at all times for children and adults.

Is food available?

We have a snack bar with kid-friendly options and beverages. Outside food is not permitted except for birthday party catering.

What's your cancellation policy?

Party bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Memberships can be cancelled anytime with no penalties.
